The following features are necessary for an RLS Registered Agent to Showcase your home on the RLS Property Showcase:

1. The Seller must be willing to discount their home.

2.  The Home must be able to pass a home inspection

3. Interested parties must offer a home warranty allowance.

4.  If the buyer does not have an agency Relationship with a Real Estate Professional the sellers agent agrees to offer an Attorney Review Allowance of $350.

 

In addition to listing your house for sale on the traditional Multiple Listing Service  Your RLS Registered Independant Real Estate Agent  can have your home exposed to Real Buyers taking advantage of Workforce Housing Benefits offered through their Workplace.
